What is Chasing Time English?
We are a New Zealand based company servicing the global ELT sector. All of our content is produced in-house by our team of media production professionals and English language experts. We take huge pride in providing original, targeted resources for high school, tertiary and adult learners across all levels of English language proficiency. Our digital platform was launched in January 2023 and subscriptions are available for schools, universities, private institutions, businesses, and individual teachers.
Can I use Chasing Time English for remote or online classes?
Absolutely. With school and single teacher subscription options, the Chasing Time English platform content is designed for flexible use as a blended learning, extension, or homework resource.
How do I get Chasing Time English for my school or institution?
If you think your school or institution would benefit from the Chasing Time English resources, we can speak to you about our specific license, including discounted rates.
When is more content coming to Chasing Time English?
We are constantly producing new content and will be releasing original series and additional teaching and learning resources on a regular basis throughout the calendar year.
Can Chasing Time English create content specifically for my school or organisation?
Yes! If your organisation has a specific request or interest area, contact us directly and we will arrange a meeting to discuss your vision.

Who can use the Chasing Time English platform?
Subscription plans are available for schools or institutions on an annual basis, or for individual teachers on a quarterly or annual basis. The number of student seats required can be increased as required across the duration of a valid subscription plan.
Can I share my Chasing Time English login with a colleague?
No. We expect all users to abide by the rules set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Can I download the video content from Chasing Time English TV?
Unfortunately, due to content protection regulations, we do not allow for our video content to be downloaded.
Can I download the audio content?
Unfortunately, due to content protection regulations, we do not allow for our audio content to be downloaded.
How do I cancel my Chasing Time English subscription?
The subscription plan is a quarterly or annual option. You may opt-out at the end of your cycle by going to My Account and unsubscribing. You will receive a series of notifications in the weeks leading up to your subscription end date with instructions on renewing or cancelling your account.
Technical
How do I download the in-class Teacher Resources?
When you log in to the Administration portal, you will see a Resources tab on the left hand menu bar. Click on the tab to access all of the in-class activities.
How do I make the videos full screen?
We use Vimeo as our video hosting service. In the video player, click the icon on the bottom right corner that looks like four arrows. This will play the video full screen. Click the icon again to return the screen to its original size.
Payment
What payment options are available?
Chasing Time English payments are hosted by Stripe which accepts all major credit and debit cards.
How do I request an invoice?
Once a payment has been made, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This will contain the details of your transaction. If you require anything further, please contact us directly through the website.
