The policy applies to registered Administrators and Teachers using our Service.

When you sign up for an account, we collect your name, email, phone number, and institution name.
Payment information
If you purchase a subscription plan from us, information about the purchase or transaction is collected. This includes your payment information, such as your credit/debit card number, as well as other required account and authentication information, such as your billing address. Sensitive payment information including credit card data is solely handled by our certified payment gateway, Stripe, which tokenize and store them in a highly encrypted, inaccessible data vault.
Usage data
We collect information about how you and your learners are using our Service, for example how many platform pages have been visited, activities attempted/completed, pdf materials downloaded, and which courses have been started and/or completed.

If you have purchased one of our subscription plans and don’t want to delete your account but want to stop using our paid Service, you may cancel your subscription instead. Once your plan is cancelled, it will expire at the end of the current billing cycle and you will not be charged again unless you re-purchase the plan.

While we strive to adhere to the highest standards of data protection, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
